Lake Charles Farm is a 190 acre sheep farm with 2000 feet of waterfront on the small spring fed Lake Charles (130ac.) in the heart of Georgian Bluffs Township. Located just north of Owen Sound and/or east of Wiarton, near the Niagara Escarpment, Bruce Trail, Georgian Bay and Lake Huron, the farm features 80 tillable acres, additional grazing acreage, 15 - 25 ac. of hardwood bush primarily sugar maples, many unique escarpment outcroppings, and a dock on Lake Charles for fishing.
